mycelium colonization

ok, most of my jars haev white stuff all around them, but some aprts of the ajrs haver stronger white than the others, im wondering if it's fully colonized or if I should wait for all of it to become deep white, thanks

Wait for every bit of it to become white then wait an extra week. Some people actually wait until little shrooms start to grow inside the jars before they birth them! Don't jump the gun or you may end up with MOLD! Take care...bassplayer74
