There's nothing you really can do but force yourself to do it. Usually once you start doing it you will realize that it's not so bad.

I was out of the country for 3 months, and when I got back it took me 2 weeks to call my old boss for my job back (he said as soon as i got back hed hook me up with my old job). I called him like 2 days ago and he said someone filled the spot.

if that isnt procrastinating, i dont know what is.

Make out a to do list. I know it sounds a bit simplistic but sometimes just putting things down on paper can help you get started or motivate you towards doing the things that you know you got to do.
