I'm the same way. I have a small 1.5 page essay due in two days, and a 4-6 minute speech due next Wednesday. I'm slowly getting there. I am honestly more motivated when I'm stoned. Maybe it makes me paranoid that I won't get it done or something.

A day in the life of a procrastinator

So today I wrapped up another paper after class, went to work, and here I am with a decision to make: do I start writing another paper or do I get high? It's only 7pm, plenty of time to get something done, but I've already wasted an hour doing nothing online and I'm hungry. I know as soon as I make food and eat I'm gonna have to sit down and digest. After that I'm probably not gonna feel like doing anything (not that I do already). I need to do it, I want to do it, but I don't feel like doing it. If I get high now I'll probably end up doing work anyway in a semi-hazed manner so I may as well do it sober, but fuck I have no motivation to start it. I know as soon as I start it I'm gonna have the urge to jack off and eat oreos further delaying my progress. I've already wasted a few minutes typing this up, expending more energy which could've been put towards good use.

Whyyyyyyyyy am I so lazyyyyyy
