well, because i started doin these hunts for the noobs in hopes that they would learn to use the search feature and see how easy it is to find the info that you need.
my though is if you have been here for longer than 6 mnths and don't know how then there is something wrong....sorry

but ok, maybe just maybe we can work out a third category somehow, let me see what is all gonna be included in the prizes and maybe, i say maybe now something can be done for the long term noobs...lol

Hell yeah, Id even be happy with ONE print the way my luck is going,lol. Ive been broke from my wedding and moving. Im totally wiped out, except for 1 grow Im waiting on.Id promise a print from it, but I dont have a glovebox yet.

great idea,

in the past hunts everyone who finished with some effort did receive at least a print from me (with the help of fsrc) and scatman in the last hunt.
so maybe it will happen again this time too.....don't know yet though...... :grin:

We already have that in the Marketplace with prints and syringes, only you have to give in trade. Nothing in life is free. I'll leave the final call up to you Backupwards but I think prizes should be earned not given away. I really want to see some good efforts from people on this. We can certainly have a lot of winners but let's have a hunt that requires some work.

If people don't win something, there is always next time. I see this as a regular event around here. At least I hope it will be.

contest rules havent been decided yet, but, thats the gist of it.  A lot of it is faq searching and search engine finds.  The hunt is designed to help newbies learn while having a bit of fun with some prizes at the end.  :smile:

the contest is usually so big once you get the the forum page you won't be able to miss it. just check back on a daily basis. rules and guidlines are still being determined.

not to mention prizes we are gathering together.

So does everyone else pipeDream. The hunts are typically held over a week long period. Trust me when I tell you, you'll need it to find all the answers. Be patient people, the details will come in time.
