no longer a stranger.... please count me in... funny thing about this place; some people post stupid questions and talk about menial things often, and some wait for intelligent questions and choose when to speak more choosingly. The latter lose out in some cases i suppose. I alsays though quality is mo important than quantity. But Oh well.

I've been wanting to get into agar for a while now, this would be really great because I want to isolate some strains from the wild and have been unable to without agar.

I'd love to win this as much as the next fun guy. My friend is loaning me a credit card so I can bid on e-bay and get me a big 'ole pressure cooker. Please look up my old posts and see that this is actually the method I prefer. since it guarentees your experiments are only controlled by substrates/environmental factors.
