Pan cyan mycelium?

Ive got some pan cyan Jamaican pint jars of verm/brf and hpoo mixed. I definitely see what looks like mycelium but not sure if its cobweb mold or what. People have said that pan cyan mycelium looks different. Seems to be growing relatively fast. I don't have any pictures but the mycelium looks alot thinner and clearer. The mycelium does look like it is showing signs of very faint rhizomorphic growth. Its just not the solid white mycelium that I'm accustomed to seeing. Does any1 know anything on this? thanks.

Very very very hard to tell without a photo but if it is spreading fast like that it can be cobweb...but then again cobweb is greyish and hairy looking.....if its fuzzy it can be mold..like i said and everybiody will say no pic is hard to tell,all my celium i ever saw is white..if it isnt white then most likly isnt myc..

Pan myc generally looks wispy, almost like cobweb.

My first pan grow, I thought the bags had cobweb in them.

I was wrong. :grin:

It can be challenging identifying mycelium when you are growing Pan Cyans. I have two spawn bags of them growing right now and I thought I had cobweb mold for sure in the beginning. Like Agar, I was wrong.

When you suspect that you have cobweb mold, monitor the growth very closely. Cobweb mold will spread very quickly, mycelium will not. Good luck with your grow.
