I wouldn't solicit advice on this one or you could find yourself in trouble. I would put some water in there and test each one individually at each setting. From there you can decide if that will work for you or not.

Low is around 200F, high is around 300F, once they get up to operating temps.

I was trying to help you out by making sure you don't rely on anyone's opinion on your slow cooker temp question. I'm not trying to give you advice, just trying to help you. The comment on getting in trouble was to sway you from taking someones answer as final for your cooker. What if someone told you that the low setting was 180, you go with it only to find out it's 220. That's the trouble part I'm speaking of.

No problem Opnekryan. If you feel that you have some excess moisture, try and squeeze the bag when you are able to handle it. Hold the bag upside down with it open enough for water to come out and squeeze as hard as you can. It may just look wetter, but be okay. Doing this as hot as possible, will limit any chances for contaminates.
