print to syringe

Of all those teks out there, what do you ppl think is the easiest way to print for easy transfer to a syringe? I was thinking printing in a 1/2 pint jar, any sugestions

I'm pretty damned inexperienced compared to these folks, but I couldn't think of a better way to print than to put your cap inside one of those short zip lock bags, and let the print fall. Remove the cap, and you have a sealed print.

When you go to make it into a syringe, just fill it with half of the water from your clean syringe, and suck it back up using the oven tek.

I have never printed on foil before, how do you trasfer from foil to a syringe? I usualy print on a card with packing tape, but i have yet to mke a syringe

But how do you get the cap out of the ziplock bag, without letting air in? Mad contams......... I think the jar idea is much better, but whatever works, I guess.

How do you get the cap out of / off of anything without letting air in?

You're always going to let air in when taking the cap away.

Seems to me making a print in a zip lock bag is the easiest and quickest way because you put cap in(3 sec in you're good) and take it back out(5 seconds if you're good). Bamm bamm.

Does anyone else agree with me?

Prints on Alum foil.....this is what i do.
Either use the oven or a glove box.
You scrape the print into a sterile baby food jar.
Using a Sterile scalpel or Exacto knife.
You add spring or purified water.
Then i let the spores sit over night in the jar.
Lid on the baby food jar of course.
I usually do this while my Jars of subsrate are cooling.
Next morning i inject the jars.
Works good for me.

if making a syringe i think making the print directly in the jar seems, "theorectically" to be the simplest and most convenient.
