You could easly upload it on www.megaupload.com and post a link here - and LaBerge is huge lucid dream explorer for many many years, he possibly knows more about LD than anyone...  or something like that :smile:

well if you cant get anyone to do the recording then id suggest reading the book i posted, meditating daily before you go to sleep(very important, its sorta the same thing as the 61 points of relaxation) and possibly trying out some dream herbs like Calea Zacatechichi.
