If you're sleeping well, it's a good sign. The only time I remember mine is when I wake up during them.

If you really want to start remembering your dreams, start a dream journal. Write down every little bit of dream you can remember even the smallest fragment... writing down your dreams will help you remember them better over time and help give insight to your life.

The following Herbs and vitamins can assist:
Vitamin B6 and B12 taken daily can help to increase dream cognition.
Mugwort in dried plant form, in your pillowcase can help.
Tea with any of the following would help: Lavender, Valerian, Passionflower, Primrose leaves, Peppermint, Mulberry leaves,
Calea Zacatechichi can assist lucid dreaming

Well it's been shown that smoking pot lowers a particular chemical (no, not going to look it up) in your body which regulates dreaming. So, if you're a toker, chances are you're not a dreamer. Not in the literal sense anyhow.

I smoke pot. I also dream. However I do agree that chronic pot smoking can result in lowered memory of dreams. Writing down your dreams helps A LOT. So does vitamin B. You can smoke a lot of pot and still remember your dreams... remember...everyone has multiple dreams every night... it's just a matter of whether we remember them or not. Writing them down whenever you can remember helps a great deal with dream recall.

I have wild dreams just about every night. I'm not a real sound sleeper. Seems like when I take a break from pot that my dreams are better remembered and more nuts. Sometimes I'll wake up and go back to sleep and continue my dream.

I may wake up and remember my dream but then go back to sleep and when i awake in the morning i forget it.

When I was younger i'd always have these dreams that were real and in a few days or so I'd actually be living what i dreamed about.

good advice. the dream journal is like the first thing they suggest for lucid dreaming. it takes discipline, sometimes you have to wake yourself up at odd hours if you're serious about it. another thing is keeping the light low while writing, as bright light will quickly erase your dream memory card. it's weird how keeping a dream journal helps you to remember future dreams, maybe it helps build a better connection between your conscious and subconscious.

yea, I find that if i smoke herb my dream's aren't as vivid, and I have alot more trouble's remebering them...I take 6mg's of melatonin about an hour before I plan on going to bed, and I crash hard, and deep, and always' have very vivid dreams...I love it...I belive tea made from papaver somni's is also helpful for dreaming....

And good call with the dream journal shroomism, defiantly helps for sure, all though I dont keep one anymore....
