1. go to drugstore
2. buy 5% benzoyl peroxide cream from clearasil or oxy or whatever
3. wash hair thouroughly
4. wash face with soap and water
5. apply cream generously but not to generously to every part with acne
6. keep hair away from area
7. every morning and evening repeat washing face with soap and applying acne stuff. leave on all day and night. may take a week or more to go away.

Dont pop them.

keep hair clean

That's the best advice I can give as well ^

Benzoyl Peroxide was the best thing for my complexion. I'm also taking antibiotics my dermatologist prescribed, you should make an appointment with a doctor if it's really bad.

Don't wear a hat unless you have to, it can irritate your face more. Acne is just your skin reacting to irritation/bacteria.
