Keep a copy of sent messages by default bug.
    #5115367 -

I have this option ticked off in my My Home preferences - but it only saves original messages, not replies. So if I have a long exchange with someone with many PM's, only the first one I started the conversation with will actually get saved, and none of the replies will.

P.S. Active Journals

i must not be getting what your saying. when i reply to a pm those boxes under there (the same set where it asks if you want to preview message) will let me save the message along with all the previous replies.

the only thing i must be getting wrong is do you have the box checked yes and it wont automatically save your replies?

im so confused

Okay listen:

In your preferences under My Home, you can set a default setting so that your sent messages get saved. So that you don't HAVE to check that box every time...cause I always forget to do that. I asked for that feature and Ythan was kind enough to implement it.

When I send a message...let's say i send you a Pm called "hey" okay it saves it. Automatically, cause I have that setting set to Yes.

Then you reply and I get a message called Re: hey. If I respond to Re: hey, "Keep a copy of this message" is NOT checked by default...but it should be, because I have the option to save all sent messages checked.

So original messages being sent out are being kept, but not responses.

Hehe I just spent like 20 minutes looking at the code and trying to figure out how the hell it was messing up. Then I tested it and saw that it wasn't anymore! Damn Anno and his relentless efficiency.
