looks to be 12 qt dishpans. You can find in wallyland.

Those gray 10 quart ones came from a DOLLAR STORE @ $0.99 cents each.

WalMart, KMart & other big Marts have the Sterilite white 12 quart dish pan trays for about $1.39 cents each (on sale sometimes for $0.99 cents).

Both of the above trays, should be lined with aluminum foil, as they are slightly translucent, under brite light.

Smart & Final has FANTASTIC gray bus boy trays for $3.65 each



Most commercial resturant supply places have these BLACK bus boy trays for around $8 each. They are BIG, not translucent & tougher than nails.


Glad OVERWARE trays are cool.




Most big MARTS have these nifty plastic shoe box's for CHEAP.

Nesting them with a layer of aluminum foil between to 2, INSURES that no light gets in the bottom, or sides. Which prevents bottom & side pinning. It also helps the trays not to FLEX, when handled.

Industrial size rolls that they wrap cardboard box's on pallet boards with.
Smart & Final, and/or any restaurant supply place.

Thanks alot agar Im so pumped about setting up the freezer for a fruiting chamber. The only place I have room to grow is a basement and the temp is only about 55.

How deep do you fill those trays with compost and casing layer? Do you use wbs spawned to straight poo or a mixture?
