Anyone ever use a windshield repair kit?

How did it turn out?
I have a couple very small pea size chips in the corner of my windshield and was thinking about picking a kit up at autozone or somewhere. There aren't any cracks, so it's just a small chip that needs to be filled in and smoothed.
I was just going to ghetto rig it with some super glue, but the glue turns white and it would look like someone hawked a luugy in that spot, so I was going to try a kit because I don't want to mess with a window repair shop.

only windshield kit i've bought was from east wood...and that's for taking out a windsheild...

sorry...it;s worked for like 4years though!,haha...


i'd check eastwood,before those..

I have used one b4, my flaws were about the same size (pee size). It will help hide the but its not a perfect fix, think of it more as a blemish cover up not a repair. I live in a stat that very cold in the winter this little fix can stop the flaws from spreading (spiderweb).
