this is me and my guitar





for my boyfriend and I Steve Vai's music has opened our eyes and hearts to a whole new world of guitar playing. He has really shown us that you can literally do anything on guitar .

His music is almost like a way of life for us.
Does anyone here have a Music hero's. and if so would you ever get it tattoo to your body? who is your hero musically

nice pictures!, my musical hero is Jimmy Page, ive always just loved zeppelin. but jimmy page, is somthing else. he's always been my guitar hero, since i was like 11. anyways, yeah how long have you been playing guitar?

musically my hero is Black Sabbath. Not just Ozzy, but the whole band. reason, I wouldn't know any of the music that I listen to now, if it wasn't for BS.
Would I get a tat of a musician/band....hell no

as a mainly acoustic guitarist i have to say Phil Keaggy. I mean, just listen to the guy and tell me he isn't absoloutely amazing. the way he treats his acoustic guitar as multiple instruments at one time takes way more talent than that of jimmy page's repetitive dorian scale technique. Not that I'm not a bigger Led Zepplin fan than a Phil Keaggy fan. But as far as guitar skills, yeah. just listen to his song On Some Distant Shore if you're unfamiliar with his work.
