a spore print is dehydrated spores depositied on some material, usually paper or foil. the spores must be rehydrated and put into a syringe before they can be used to inoculate jars. spore syringes are hydrated spores suspended in water in a syringe, and can be used immediately.

spore prints are more expensive because they contain more spores, but syringes are easier to use because they don't require the rehydration & transfer-to-syringe step.

You really need to do some research(reading) before attempting to grow mushrooms.
