Can I just put a little peroxide in the water I use to moisten my casing mix to stop contamination? If so, how much h2o2 per cup of water? I was also going to put a little h2o2 in my spray bottle for mistings...is this cool?

You can but I would sterilize your casing soil fist and then add some h2o2 to ward off any new comers.
If there is already mold in the casing and you add h2o2 the mold will adapt to it.

Will adding h202 to casing water or misting bottle water harm the mycelium or slow the growth at all or cause any problems?

it will temerarly slow growth for a day at most. It wont hurt anything, unless you add a bunch.
Dont bother adding any to your casing. any misting use 90% water and 10% H2O2. This is what i do and i havent had contamination in months.

I have used a higher consentration like 50% h2o and 50% water and have not had problems.

My most recent tests are being done

But here is what I have done, I have taken and added strait h2o2 to a 1/2 inch layer of Vermiculite at the bottom my trays (10 in by 20 in by 3 in deep) and then sprinkled some grain spawn on top and added bulk substrate (compost or straw) on top of that and then more grain and more substrate and covered the works for 10 days I have NOT seen even a lick of contams out of 11 trays so far.

I am not sure if it is the peroxide alone or me being sanitary as well.

I use a 5% solution in my casing mixes and 10% solution in my misting bottle. Since I started this, I havent had a casing contaminate yet, and there have been quite a few!!!
