Lime...(pic)

Here's what dude bought from the store.

I mean hey it says right on it "For Neutralizing Soil Acidity", but then I look at the back and it says "Epsoma Garden Lime is the finest grade dolomitic limestone available. Its finer grind makes it react as quickly as hydrated lime without the hazards of hydrated lime."
Now I've always read that hydrated lime should be used, but this says it doesn't have the "hazards of hydrated lime".

So first of all, will this work?

Secondly, what is the reason why one is supposed to use hydrated as opposed to dolomitic?

Third(if this isn't answered by 2) what will happen if this(dolomitic lime) is used in dudes casings?

Please, someone answer this as I am sure many other people have been wondering this same thing.

Dolmitic lime burns the mycellium you can get hydrated lime at www.truevalue.com just search for hydrated lime it's cheap!
