Hi,

AFOAF, threw out a jar contaminated with a quarter size splotch of green mold 2 weeks ago, but today looking in his garbage he found that there were 2 mushrooms growing and the jar was completely colonized with mycelium except for the quarter size splotch.are these mushrooms edible? thanks

Simple, don't eat them.

Use there spores if you want for spore prints to try again.

One more time, do not eat them.
