im sick and tired...

im sick, im tired, my world is dark, the sky is grey, the worlds environments are collapsing at an even greater rate than occured during the meteor strike that wiped out the dinosaurs... i feel heavy and stupid and slow, like time is short and im wasting it.

Im completely cut off from the beauty of nature, my environment is poisonous. I now see myself as one of what waking life describes as "the countless addition of zeros" to the human race.

I am achieving nothing... a total slave to... what? lazyness? despair?
i dont even know.

im sick of it. im tired of it.

i am now going to lock myself in my room and meditate for four consecutive hours. This will probably be incredible painfull and difficult.
i dont even know what i hope to achieve. all i know is that something needs to change here...

i dont even feel the fiery passion to escape from this horrible state that i used to. just a dull and grey nothing. Still, here goes ...

hey guys... just want to say sorry for exposing you to that poisonous post. the equivalent of a guy with a flu sneezing on everybody in the room.

Just venting i guess...

anyways i went and cleaned my room, then filled it with green living plants, like filled it, then did my laundry, then did a full body stretch, and drank lots of tea and water, took some vitamins... now i feel 200% better. fucking teens and their mood swings huh?

Oh wierd. I actually typed a reply to this where in it I suggested that you fill your room with lots of living green plants and other stuff.

I didn't send it because, I felt you were posting just to vent a bit and wern't really looking for solutions or whatever. You "know" and always bounce back.

Whatever. :lol: Just wierd that you came back and said you filled your room with green plants because I was picturing you doing that when typing that part of the reply I never sent and you actually did that. :cool:

Probably you need to define some objectives in life... but hey, i doesn't matter if the sky is grey, like you witnessed a change inside yourself by changing your room, so be sure the sky will turn blue once more. Grey clouds are obstacles, a blue sky is anyone's goal :wink:

I thought to add to this post the reinforcement of what I good idea it is to Clean House, when we feel heavy and tired with a blah attitude.

It's almost as if, the process of organizing clutter on the outside, helps to organize mental and emotional clutter on the inside .

It's almost as if, cleaning up dust and whatever of the outside helps to clean out the (yuck) on the inside.

I had the same bad cold last week-odd how I kept saying the phrase that I was "sick and tired of something dozens of times daily before I did become sick and tired. When you feel that way, you start to let stuff slide and it seems to get worse.

A few days ago, like a whirlwind, I did a full house cleaning and catch up and after-wards, got my energy back.

There's something to it. When everything is clean and organized around you, you feel rejuvenated and inspired to move ahead.

Same with when I go to weed out my gardens, prune off dying branches and spray for pests. I get a clear, fresh, rejuvenated, picked up feeling after-wards.

Or like that feeling after you buff clean your car to brand new perfection. You want to drive it everywhere.

I'm not sure which comes first, the drive to "house clean on the inside" and its followed with going through the motions on the outside, or the drive to house clean the outside and the inner follows through the motions.

There's something to it. :smile:

i find that taking off from ur rutines can often do good.. to get u some distance from nasty thoughts that tend to develop when u just hang out inside 4 walls
