It was in a book of Nostradamus predictions. I don't know if it's true that we will be invaded by alien reptiles or raptors from another dimension, but it is good to prepare the mind and body so you can fend them off if they do come through. So, here is my plan called "Raising Vibrations":
- Eat: At least 2000 calories a day
- Walnuts, omega 3 fish oil, wheat, fruits (apple, pear, banana), vegetables (broccoli, asparagus, carrots)
- Milk, fish, eggs, rice, cheese, salads, meat
- Drink: 8 cups of water a day, 2 cups of green or black tea
- Vitamins/Herbs
- Optional: Salmon Oil, Multi-vitamin, Ginseng, Magnesium, 5-HTP, B12, The occasional toke
- Meditation
- Do not listen to the voices (different from thoughts) in your head, do not let curiosity lead you to want to hear what they have to say
- Don't identify/participate in promoting habitual thoughts and feelings
- Do sitting meditation at least 15 min a day
- Practice forgiveness, honesty, work with your fear of death
- Observe the mind system
- Be aware of the breath - is your stomach compressed or is your posture squeezing the lungs?
- Seek to understand systems of emotions
- Practice gratefulness, honest expression
- Exercise
- 1-2 hours of walking outside each day
- 10 minutes of Yoga waking up and going to sleep
- Self Reliance
- Do not pray to an outside God, do not seek medication for a spiritual problem. Find a psychologist only for the purpose of having someone to talk to. Read The Bible or other spiritual texts only for affirmation of personal values
- Media
Don't watch garbage TV Don't read garbage news or magazines Ignore opinions unless from loved ones or those which evidently come from a place of compassion Find a community of like minded people
- Responsibility
I am responsible for my self I am responsible for my world I am responsible for my emotions I am responsible for my evolution
Anyone is free to improve or add on to my list, it's just a rough draft right now.

i love this list but eating right is way expensive. Im trying though.

according to the Timewave, 2009 will be the analog in the fractal of the industrial revolution. That means in theory we should see some pretty fucked up technologies coming about then. Stuff is getting stranger for sure as the fractal tightens, but who knows what will happen on the solstice of 2012..... we will see
I hope we can have a "wave" for the death of history!

not necessarily if you shop right. the key is to invest your money in a select few, but nutrient dense foods.
unless you are a serious weightlifter or athlete, the human body does not need as much food as we are led to believe.
it surprises me what people put into their shopping carts nowadays. 90% of what is found in supermarkets we don't even need to live.
sure, there's a lot of tasty stuff to choose from, but they shouldn't form the foundation of our nutritional inventory. i believe we need to learn to appreciate the simple yet effective foods, especially in the light of post 2012, when our current convenient way of life will be more and more unsustainable.
back to basics i say, it's worth every penny.
