i'd like to share my method with cranberry, what i do is if im takin a small dose like 4 grams or less. what i do is i eat the shrooms cracker dry i do not like grindin them to powder, so yeh i eat the shrooms i then wait 10 minutes if i start feelin drowsy and weakish i then drink a cup of cranberry juice and honestly i get tracers right away not visuals but kick ass tracers the visuals come an hour after i eat the shrooms now as for the peak my peaks are always intense so that one cup of cranberry juice is all i drink like i said it seems to intensify my trips when using small doses anything under 4 grams and i jus for sum GD reason dont get a good visual trip but if i do my 5 gram trip i usally dont drink anything maybe sum water. damn it im stoned at the moment i probaly should read what im about to post but oh well im lazy hope this helps in any way shape or form

I always drink a nice big glass full 45mins before I pop soe type of opiate. i thought you were supposed to wait that long for it to be affective. Maybe not. But it makes the hydro MUCH more affective and i flush red which is a nice flush by the way.

For me, the cranberry method is when you powederize your shrooms and mix with cranberry juice and let sit for 10 minutes or more before you drink.  Thats how I did mine exclusively for over a year, until I stumbled on lemon juice :smile:  Check out the ongoing community experiment.

Cranberry works great, but lemon > cranberry.
