URGENT POLYFILL QUESTION! (leaving outta state in 5 minutes!)

i just had to create some kind of automated tub, so i used a giant rubber made (rather than double tub), and made 8 1.5inch holes, 2 at top, 2 at bottom, on each side, to drain CO2 and take in O2, now heres my quick question, kinda urgent:

How tightly do u stuff the polyfill? or does it even matter, i left mine moderately packed, not to tight, not to loose, want to ensure air flow

Doesnt really matter, just make sure there is no space around the pollyfill. Just put it in snug but not completely tight, because you want to allow airflow.
