Those are all I use they work out fine.
You will have tall skinny cakes rather then short fat ones.

Another favorite are kerr 12 oz. jelly jars they are very tall and work great for making pink oyster cakes.

Yeah, those regular half-pints work fine.If you follow that Shroom Wizard recipe,you defintely want to use the coarse vermiculite.If you can only get your hands on the fine grade stuff,you are gonna have to add more water to reach the proper moisture level.Peace.
