grow room suggestions

i have a 5 shelf system that i put together myself that is fully enclosed with a plastic cover that zips up the front. right now i have a cool mist humidifier "inside" the grow room and also a hepa filter inside my grow room and the filter and the humidifier don't like each other much, plus the humidifier is leaving the entire shelf it is on wet. so it is coming out tonite. i have a airtight rubbermaid that i am going to put the humidifier inside, cut a hole in the side and attach a pvc t-connector. from the two junctions in the conecctor i will run pvc pipe into my grow room with filterdiscs on the end. then create airtight seals with silicon glue.one humidity exhaust will be on one of the top shelfs one on the lower, which should be sufficient humidity, i have a digital thermometer/hygrometer and i always reads"HI" on the humidity. i am actually beginning to wonder if my humidity may be too high. but alas, my grow room is still a baby. i have 20 pf cakes inside right now that were birthed 6 days ago, so i cannot report on the effecientcy of my grow room but if my plan works i will have 21.5 cubic feet of grow space neatly confined to the back of my closet!!!
p.s i'm also gonna move the hepa filter to the bottom shelf to disperse the co2. do you guys think this whole set-up will work? any suggestions, tips, or ideas??

Silicone won't bond. Use "GOOP".

How can the HEPA filter disperse CO2 if it's inside the contraption? It'll just blow (clean) air around. With an air intake on the outside, it would bring fresh air in, but would also clear out any humid air. The humidifier alone should suit your needs. it'll move and flush humid air.

Nah man, GOOP. It's got a graphic of a hand on the cannister, like curled up in a half fist.....
It's one of those waterless cleaners, you rub it on and wipe it off. The shit will take ANYTHING off your hands.
Anyway, I'll check it out and see if HD has this GOOP adhesive you speak of......

Puscle does not lie.
Goop, they have many variations now, but the origional was used to bind the soles of old shoes to the shoes.

Yes, goop is a great sealant and bonding agent.. The HEPA as you've described, will deplete any humidity.

yes, i definitely figured that out. when i turn on th ehepa my humidity falls to around 70%. i thought i could use it to turn on for a few minutes, flush out the co2 clean the air then turn it off, or set it on a timer to do this. i just wanted my set-up to be a bit more sophisticated than fanning.
