grow suggestions please

my friends brothers uncle is trying to grow a couple pf style cakes in a large wooden chest. the cakes will sit in a glass aquarium inside the chest. will the chest need a ventalation hole and a flouresent light inside of it for productive growth?
the chest probably wont be able to be opened and the aqarium misted more than once a day because this will be a covert grow. will this also create some problems?

Make sure you consider that you are going to need to fan your chamber a few times day, and it will need a light sorce.

Forget about the fan. Just need some holes in my opinion b the oxygen will diffuse in.
