Fanning a poor mans terranium tips?

I put my cake in a 3 Liter coke bottle and so far the cake has started to show some pins. I was curiouse if there was a way to automatically fan the cake while I'm out of town?

something automatic may introduce contams, but since co2 is heavier than o2, you could poke little holes around the very bottom and top of the bottle. tape kleenex or some thin type of tissue over the holes.

but if you do this, the humidity will drop, so maybe its not a good idea. something to start with though. maybe you could take the cake with you, but in a smaller container, maybe 1 liter bottle. i dont know man.....
