can some type of vitamins in water make a cake produce indefinitly?
    #4819965 -

yeah i'm not too sure if this has been touched on, but considering the fact that a casing will produce until all of its nutriets are spent, is there a certain vitamin or something that can be put into the misting spray to renew the substrate with the needed "food" to continue producing indefinitly? i don't know, i'm just kind of turned-on by the idea of not having to deal with looking at a mason jar ever again

Vitamins by themselves will not provide growth, putting other nutrients (carbohydrates, proteins and fats) into you misting spray will in all likelihood lead to contamination.
