(Mirror Gazing) Defecating + Staring at your reflection = Meditation

It just so happens that in one of my bathrooms there is a mirror directly across from the toilet. So I was relaxing and enjoying myself on the comfortable porcelain seat when I began to stare at my reflection in the mirror. It was pretty weird. At first it started to feel like it was another person looking at me and my facial expressions seemed to change with my emotions except that I never moved a muscle. Then all thought stopped.

I don't think the defecating part is actually necessary but there is something about staring at your motionless, expressionless being that puts you into some sort of meditative trance. Are there any meditative practices that involve mirrors and looking at the self? Has anyone tried this before? :mushroom2:

Never done it while "taking a batch of brownies out of the oven" but I sometimes stare at my reflection while high.  Did it once on shrooms and it scared the crap out of me.  Haven't done it again.  A little too intense.  Would like to though.  It was just scary cuz I saw my face morph into a bunch of other people's faces and saw my face get replicated into infinity through my 3rd eye.  And also the light in the bathroom increased to an uncomfortable intensity, like my pupils are too far open or something.

Dude... if you only knew what strange contortions your face makes you'd realize, as I have, the absolute abashment that comes with orgasm. you said mirrors....so do you use mutlitple ones at once? what do you actually do with the mirrors? what position do you put yourself and the mirrors into? what does the experience with the mirrors feel like to you?

yes.. I'm saving up to bye some new ones now.. get one by my bed, and one in "the smoking room"..
