Well I havn't written a trip report in a while so here it is. A few days ago me a 2 friends planned a day to trip. Are plan was to go hiking by the Rio Grande River. We brought some toilet tissue for our nose, a pen and pad, some apples, water and of course 11 grams of some Thailand Stash I had grown. So we parked and went under a bridge over the river and ingested about 3.5 grams each. Then we started to hoof it. At about 30 min into the walk we started to feel it coming on. So we figure we would go sit down in some sand with some lovely looking trees. The sun was setting. We sat down in the sand talking about life , nature, people, philosophy. And then we kinda stumbled on this cool word we made up, ARCHISTRUCTURE. Now I think its some kind of mix between architecture and construction, and way we wrote it down( with some cool looking graphics I might add) and then talked some more. My friend ( lets call him J ) J wasn't feeling that great, and each time one of us would get in his light he would bitch at us. I think he was clinging to the light because it made him feel so comfertable. While my friend was taking a piss in the trees giggling as he peed :) I sat in the warm sand looking at all the little plants, and the rotting leaves, and for some reason, it looked like a little beach, like palm springs. Any ways we had to continue on to the river where we would feast on apples. As I rolled over to get up something stuck me on the arm. It was one of those little goat heads , wich I normally despise, until now. I said hello little guy and I kept on talking to it saying you didn't mean to hurt me, its just your job to attach yourself to something so you can then turn into a plant. So I set him down in the dirt and kept going. We finally got to the river and sat on kind of a grove. "B" took out the apples( and damn they were the best!!!!)and we ate them as we looked and talked and admired the simplicity yet complexaty of nature, and how man always tries to change everything to suit him best, not caring. So it was about the 3rd hour and so we decided to walk back to the car and go home ( we had a d driver :) ) On the way back to the car we saw the most beautiful sun set ever. While the geese lay in various islands on the river gaggling to eachother, the sun went peacefully down as it should , with almost every color you could imagine, pink green blue black gold silver orange purple. Every one was in awe and did not say anything for the longest time. Every once in a while we would stop and look down at the trickling water, and remarck to ourselves how we allways take all of this for grantit (sp). Then on the other side of the bridge it was kinda dark with the mountains and stars for the backdrop, flutering and flickering star light wich looked like glitter, sparkling everywhere. We arived at the car with various things in our hands wich we didn't have before. I had a stick that I named ophelia, and I remembered that I kept saying " the stick is the truth" for some reason. J had a peice of bark wich he had come to know and love :) and B had some water grass, and various other things wich all of us will keep in a box and look back on it every once in a while and remanise(sp). The drive home was fun, each of us would look at the pre christmas lights and giggle and laugh, getting to be closer friends than we were before. We arived to a warm home with a loving dog to play with, as we watched apocalypse now and ate pizza, reveiwing our trip laughing and talking about what we did and said that seemed like weeks ago. We then started to play and sing the guitar, coming up with things we would normally never think of. I then said I was going to go home because my mind is exhausted :) . To wich my friend replied " well the mind is naked" . We both smiled at eachother, and he thanked me for sharing the great expierience with him and every body else who were passed out, I said It was my pleasure. Then went home and fell peacfully to sleep, content with myself , my friends , my family, nature, all exept man and what he does to other people and the planet, I knew I wasn't that way though, and never would be. I will cherish this expeirience for ever, growing closer to already close friends, and giving and having a whole nother outlook to eveything. That was one of the best trips ever. I always think everyone else is living in the trip until they take shrooms, and then they say, holy shit I will never look at anything the same again, I now know the truth. Wich is one of the main reasons why I love the shroomery, because most of the people here know the truth, and what it represents to you. Never Change unless you think its for the better.
