shrooms in gelcaps
    #4798562 -

You guys that grind your shrooms up and put em in gelcaps, how do you do it? Do yous get like, empty caps? Or just cut open gelcaps and dump the contents out and refill? Also, would you recommend keepeng them in a refrigerator or freezer, as if they're just regular shrooms?

It's possible to cram more in there, but then you may end up with a solid chunk in your belly that doesn't fully disolve until later. Probly best to stop a half a gram

I pack 'em pretty hard but I don't fill the top(shorter) half. Mine generally turn out to be .5 gram every time.
