Low Humidity?

A friend of mine is growing and seems to be having humidity problems. He doesn't have a pressre gauge, but suspects low humidity in his terrarium. His cakes are slightly fuzzy and although there is some nice fat primordia growing, it seems to be going slowly. The temp is a steady 73?F, 8 hours of indirect light daily, and is humidified with perlite and hand-spraying.

Could this be symptoms of low humidity? If not, what are the symptoms?

Your humidity is fine. Perlite is foolproof. (almost)
