Best Substrate for Diff PC's

Just recently bought some spores for different types of PC's. What substrates would you recommend for these following:
1. Austrailian 2. Cambodia 3. Equador
4. Mexi-cub 5. PESA 6. Plantasia Mystery
7. Thailand-Lipa Yai
Hope to hear from all the different techniques. Thanks

I posted a similar thread, but just concerning Mexi-cubes. I got no response so I'll be watching this thread. Maybe try posting it in advanced section. I never tried that...
