What do I ingest, the cap, the stem, or both? What is the psilocybin in? The cap or the stem, Which has stronger effects the cap or the stem? Dumb questions but I was just wondering

You ingest both. They both have about the same percentage by weight of psiloc(yb)in.

hmmmm i have never used shrooms (yet) and know very little about them, but im certain i have read in several places that the cap has more psilocybin. i dont know if that means a higher % psilocybin or just more, cus they are more massive. but you eat them both anyway

If you wanna be a stickler about it some say the Psilocin/psilocybin ratio is about 60% in the caps and 40% in the stems.

Just eat the whole mushroom.

When I shroom I'm gonna eat the whole mushroom, but I heard a lot of people say that caps give visuals and stems give body highs. Is that just bullshit? If they both contain psilocybin then why would they give you differant highs? It doesn't make sense to me.
