Hrmm

He was looking at 9 years for growing 7 grams, Jesus

It made it seem like they caught him with only mycelium in his jars, which they don't think contains psilocyben. I dunno I'm sure it's not "legal"

Mycelium DOES contain psilocybin. - Although that guy sounds like a shroomery member.

don't all mushrooms grow in mycellium? not all mushrooms have psilocybin.

Im sure they tested for the presence of Psilocybin otherwise they would have no case to stand on. Unless they got the actual mushrooms from the cakes and in that case it would be easy to identify.
