The Shroomery Island

All true shroomerites have envisioned it at one point. The day when some of us will band together, and turn the shroomery into a Real life community.
This place is to special to stay confined to the 2d world. When one of us gets enough money/motivation it will happen.
How do you think it would turn out? Utopian hippy-land? Crazy backwoods militia? disaster of epic proportions?

I'm down. Bunch of shroomerites with a big communal grow and a chemist with some decent skills = pretty damn utopian to me....(not to mention access to some fun precursors).;
