Help ID, NY find

found these rhe other day in southern NY, after rain and a heavy fog. They were growing in grass near some moss. The spot get some sunlight. there are 2 kinds I think. Can someone ID these.
specs: 1st: stem height: 5 to 1.5 cm stem diameter: 1.5 cm stem color: white stem: fiberous
cap height: 2-1 cm cap diameter: 2 cm cap color: brownish with a slight orange tint cap: white gills awaiting spore print, half sphere shape no odor, brusing darker brown
2nd specs: stem height:3-2cm stem diameter: .5 cm stem color: white fiborus
cap height:1.5-1 cm cap diameter:2cm - 1cm cap color: dark brown cap: white gills awaiting spore print,no odor,half closed umbrella shape

nobody can tell you anything untill you provide the info. those pics are REALLY a tough call. they could be deadly, mildly toxic, inedible, edible, or hallucinogenic. they actually look a little bit like each one.
were going to need at LEAST a sporeprint, then we can start narrowing it down to genus. and only then.
right now im leaning towards Stropharia rugosoannulata but thats only a guess.

it looks like the gills arent mature, so saying white gills isnt important yet. immature gils may not give a print either.
i can pretty much assure you its not active at least. the only active mushrooms it might have resembled would have at least shown some bluing

they look pretty interesting. try to see if you can bruise them at all, report the spore print color, and hope for the best!
