Psilocybin extraction from Rye Berry cakes

Does anyone know approximately how much psilocybin/doses are in ONE fully colonized rye berry cake, the kind described in Oss & Oeric Magic Mushroom Growers Guide?????? I figured around two doses depending on strain but if I'm wrong please let me know. Peace

I'e read Oss & Oeric, but I can't remember what size jars they use. What size you got?

They are the big quart jars which contain 160 ml (150grams) of dry rye berry, and 130 ml of h20.

Check the cranberry juice post over in General Qustions for a tek with measurements. Adjust them to quarts. I've found (logically) that the longer you let it soak, the harder you'll trip.
I'd say with quarts, you've got two good doses per jar at least.
Definitely something to drink a bit of, then wait to see how you feel, and then drink a little more to adjust.......

Relly depends:

What do you consider a dose? 1g, 3g...?

a ROUGH estimate will be 10% dry fruits to your dry mass of substrate.
