Casing rye berries? =)

Can you case plain colonized rye berries the same way as cakes?? I've had some cased w/50-50 for quite awhile now but no pins.

of course? why wouldnt you be able to? a better question for you is : how come my rye casings arent fruiting?
they should probably fruit soon (you let the mycelium build back its strength and then colonize some over the top of the casing right?) i take it you did. maybe you gave it a thick casing layer, or the mycelium wasnt at the right stage or something. just wait
