best strain for hippie's invitro tek?

Hippie's tek said he used B+ and gulf coast for positive results, but I want to make sure I don't get hosed trying to do invitro. Comments etc? Thanks.

since then i've added australians and of course pf classic to the list of good invitro performers.
hawaiians and ecuadors also work ok.
i'd avoid thai/cambodian strains, they'll work but yields were smallish.
