I'm about to make myself a half coffee/half french vanilla cappuchino concoction. This is the first morning in almost a MONTH that I have actually had all to myself....and it's awesome.

I need a foot spa under my desk. I'm going to look into this.

oh dude you can totally buy a mini-foot spa for under your desk, dr scholl's. I think their like 30$.....I bet the liquidation centre across from my work sells them super cheap.

I dunno, don't try to go to sleep if you can't tho, it just makes it all worse....

try some none caffinated tea or something....I'd say warm milk, but that just seems so nasty.

Oh definately...I'm done trying to sleep. Already tried that for 4 hours or so.

I've actually got a glass of green tea right here. It's pratically all I ever drink.

Warm milk does sound disgusting. Hell, I think cold milk is disgusting.

I crave milk, cheese and yogurt like a lion craves steak. When it get it into my head that it's time for a hunk of cheese or a glass of milk, there is no stopping me.

This is a fairly new development. I've also been a vegetarian for going on 10 years now...and I wonder if there is a connection.

Wow, a vegetarian.....I don't have that kind of will power.

Do you not like meat or do you not eat it because you don't believe in eating it?

I get cheese cravings from time to time as well. Never did like yogurt though.

i like to put ice in my milk. i think it taste better when its really cold. also i love green tea.

Green tea is awesome. I don't put ice in anything. In fact, I don't refregerate anything that doesn't have to be. About the only thing that I prefer to drink cold is beer. Warm beer makes me fucking puke (see my sig).

not me, i love everything cold. and water needs to be ICE cold, thats when its the best. i drink alot of water though. my new thing are those flavored water, kinda good.

I buy bottled dasani water by the cases and leave them out of the fridge and drink it warm. I'm just weird like that.

I also prefer to eat most food cold, so I guess I'm just all ass basckwards.
