Jars stopped colonizing

I colonized seven jars with a B+ spore syringe I got from one of the vendors. Colinization has been extremely slow, and I already lost 3 jars. It has been 15 days now, and it looks like the jars I have left have completely stopped myc. growth at around 50%. I did the PF tech., and followed it to the T. Is there anythng I can do to jump start growth again?

Not really, you probably dont have enough water in the jars, or way too much.
