Yield question

I know this is a tought one to be completely accurate on but what the heck, here goes anyway. I plan on using Finch Seed/Verm in a 75%/25% substrate in Quart sized jars. I will be using 12 of em' in a 50/50 casing mix. I have these neat little plastic shoebox sized casing containers painted black on the outside. I think each will hold 1.5 or so jars of substrate when the jars are ready. I was just wondering, ballpark figure of course, what kind of yields I could expect assumming I don't fuck anything up and keep good temps and humidity. I've have had 3 successful outings terrerium stlye and even though it's my first time casing, I do feel that I understand the concept of process since I make my own beer and build computers that work when I turn em' on. BTW, can we build one for you??? hehe

figure out how much seed is in each quart(dry mass). A rough estimate will be 10% dry mass of shrooms to dry mass of substrate.
