I went to walmart tonight to buy a bunch of pint jars but they weren't in the same place as they were a month ago. I ask a clerk and she says they are a seasonal product and they don't carry them anymore. I think she's a dumbass. What section can I find these things? I looked all through the housewares adn kitchenwares and couldn't find them. I couldn't even find normal mason jars since I figured theyd be near those.

Try Albertsons or Windixie if you have either of those grocery stores around you.

You could call the distibutor and ask them for the nearest locations then call on em till you find em in stock , thats what afoaf did . 1-800-392-2575 - Or order from them direct - shipping his hella expensive though dont recomend it.

Value Village (a Canadian chain of thrift stores), always has them. Cheap. Your story makes me laugh. I went through the same thing!!

Ive tried walmart, target, and kmart. the only grocery store near me does not carry them, and even some of the online places don't have it. I went to homecanning.com. They carry every product made by kerr and ball, except for the plaintapered pint or half pint jars! AAARRRGGHH. Does anyone know of an online vendor that does sell these? I dont have a car, so I cant really go all around town looking for them and ordering onlince is best for me.

here ya go. www.kitchenkrafts.com I've bought there before. The only downside is that the shipping almost equals the price of the case of jars. . .but for less than $15 bucks you get EXACTLY what you want. They even have the plastic lids--which I'm told (by a very convincing and reliable source) are the SHIT. Just one guy's opinion.
