amyone know where to get kerr 1/2 pint jars????

i have looked everywhere online and can only find ball 1/2 pint's.....please help, i want kerr (why.....??)

Why arent BALL good enough? This makes no sense really, they are identical. You can find jars at most grocery stores or your local WalMart.

I dont use kerr or ball, i just use what is available. Surley a store nearby has 1/2 pint canning jars that are not tappered. I looked and could find nothing that is 1/2 pint that is tappered. They dont need to be widemouth, mine arent and they worked fine. Just make sure the end where the lid screws on isnt thinner than the inside....

IF you have wal-mart or a similar sto, it's a lot cheaper than ordering them and paying shipping. Let the Kerr/Ball supremesist battle begin. Um, yeah, they're definitely identicle.
