so, my friend is getting married in two weeks in LA. I'm the best man & I have to give a speech in front all these people - totally nervous, but anyways, a few days before the wedding, we're having a small party - me, my friend, his fiance, and our other best friend + his girlfriend. just us. we all go back a long way & it's rare that we're all in the same room. I'm thinking about picking up a pony keg so we'll have plenty of beer to drink while we bbq + smoke all night.

do you think this will be enough for 5 people? how much are they?

I'm really excited - these people are like family. fuck it, they are family - our feast of friends & I am determined to make this a legendary night. although I'd rather eat MDMA with them instead of drink but I doubt we could find anything like that...so good old beer instead :cheers:

US beer keg = 15.5 gallons = 128 oz/gal x 15.5 = 1984 oz
1 case = 12oz x 24 = 288 oz
So,
1 keg = 6.9 cases
1/2 keg = 3.2 cases
1/4 keg = 1.6 cases

Also,
a 1/2 keg is = 1/4 beer barrel because
a beer keg = 1/2 beer barrel and
1 beer barrel= 31 gallons
