SHUDDA UPPA YOUR FACE
Yes you can do that. I do it all the time.. well atleast here in tx. Depends on where the hell you live.
www.google.com I think you should check there about filling kegs in your area

No.
You can take it to a U-Brew or brewmasters and they will fill it for you.
Even a better idea is to make your own beer and fill your keg with that.

isnt it the tap thats the most expensive part? as long as u have ur own tap you shouldnt have a problem having someone just refill the keg for you

you can own them... cost a lot of money tho...
what you do is put a deposit on the keg (80 or so dollars) then keep the reciept so if you ever low on cash you can just return it.. but if you throw the reciept away the keg is only worth like 15 bucks... they could care less if you return it or not... im not sure if there is a time limit with when you have to return it..
and no you dont get them refilled... when you go to a gas station they arent actually filling it they are just trading it for a new one... when you trade you are only paying for the beer tho not the keg...
also hieneken kegs are different from bud light/coors light kegs so make sure to get the right kind of tap (european/import style)
