what vitamins do you take & why?

im looking into getting some milk thistle for my liver,
what would you suggest for kidneys?

I take One A Day Men's because I only eat about 800 calories a day.

-I take milk thistle when I am in booze hound mode.
-I take ginko to try and make my memory gooder
-I take Valaerian root when I can't sleep
-I take 5-http before I do the drugs
-I take a multivitamin from GNC daily that is one powerful elixir

i take atleast 1000mg of vitamin c and this multivitamin everyday and of course, atleast one dose of thc a day.

why im not really sure but it seams like a good idea.

never have taken any but I am considering taking Selenium tablets because New Zealand soils are devoid of it.

anything from "pure encapsulations" heady chit mang! dont skimp on the vitamins, get some the you're body will actually absorb corretly otherwise it is a waste of money. mainly just a good multi is all you need for general maitnince.
