Multivitamins

Does anybody know anything about Multivitamins?

I eat relatively few servings of fruits and vegetables. I take a multivitamin everyday in the hopes of getting all of the vitamins and minerals that I need. The brand I take is Centrum. Do these pills work? Or does your body get an overload of "stuff" all at once and you end up pissing out most of it? Are these things actually good for you?

centrum is crap.. your body can't disolve half of whats in it so you just piss it out anyways.

I take this one kind of vitamn called "Green source" it kicks ass! it has ginsing and other stuff you never heard of and it is green with natural chorophill, 30 minutes after you take just one you get a hard on without you even thinking about sex..

i drink Vitamin water or take vitamin powder that can be dissolved in powder, or eat Total cereal.
theyre more expensive but like gratefuljim said, centrums hard pills dont allow for full absorbsion and you piss out alot of it.
