oh hell yes, i have gone out of my body from smoking. sometimes when i used to smoke i would start twitching, then induce REM. it was amazing. thanks peace

i do a sort of open-mind, free-mind meditation.. just observing


i've observed a large amount of visual disturbences. i'm sober.. drug-free.. but my surroundings melt and ripple like the ocean.

any thoughts on that?

the 'heat waves' yea have the same thing quite often, everyone experiences it if they get high, or if they wake up quickly from a deep sleep.

i usually meditate w/closed eyes though, to focus my best on inner happenings
